So is this like a cat-themed, DIY Flipper0 type device? I’ll confess, I’m on the outside looking in on the whole personal hacking device world, so I’m curious.
One of these days, I’m gonna have to dip my toe in and just see what I can do with one of those things.
This is maybe somewhere between a pwnagotchi, which is more passive (just does the thing while you sit back), and a flipper zero which is more active in how much a user gets to make decisions using the tool?

Is Devkitty actually still being developed? All the links on the site lead to dead GitHub accounts somehow
