Alright chooms, real talk!

If we’re already rocking this place on phpBB, then there’s one thing we absolutely have to bring back: Userbars.

Assuming anyone here still remembers those glorious little relics. Since boredom struck again and I needed something to keep me busy during the holocall earlier, I started building a small tool that lets you create your own userbars.

Think of it as a spiritual successor to my legendary 88×31 button generator.. Some traditions are just too powerful to let die.

However, I am now too tired to continue, so here is a sneak preview.

There are still a few issues, though; the font is not the right one yet, and it is not pixelated enough.

I no longer make my stuff public, maybe one day again. A few people spoiled the fun for me by bad-mouthing my code so massively that it became personal. Since then, I haven't felt like doing anything open source anymore.
But since it's just HTML and JavaScript, everyone can see it anyway

Userbars were indeed more common on vBulletin. I also considered choosing vBulletin instead of phpBB. But because of "It's a US company" I decided against it, and a cracked version would also be rather suboptimal

I am trying to make a test version available as quickly as possible
